When you share a file, simpenIn generates a unique 4-character code that expires in exactly 5 minutes. The recipient also needs your personal Public Code. Both codes together are required to access the file, ensuring maximum security.

simpenIn supports PDF documents, Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx, .xls), Word documents (.doc, .docx), plain text files (.txt), and common image formats (JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP). Each file can be up to 5MB in size.

Absolutely. Files are stored on a private server and are never publicly indexed. Access is protected by a dual-code system. Once the code expires, the file remains in your account but cannot be accessed by anyone without generating a new share code.

Yes! You have full control over your files at all times. You can delete any file from your dashboard, which immediately revokes access for anyone who might still have the codes. This ensures you are always in control of your data.
